Getting into Dorset just got easier!

Another road transport bottleneck is set to be eliminated – thanks to the 2012 Olympic Sailing events.

Today work started on a £5.7m scheme to redevelop the Canford Bottom roundabout – which has for years been a choke point on the A31 into Dorset.

There will be major disruption with road closures for 12 weeks – but some pain now will leave an Olympic Legacy that is well worth having – giving major benefits for businesses, visitors and residents for years to come.
