We thought we would just write to say how much we appreciate and value the good service you and your colleagues have given us over the years.  You have always been reliable, on time and helpful with your handling of our various bookings and, as you are aware, this can be important if not critical in relation to some of the jobs you have done for us.

We do understand that some of the passengers you carry for us can create their own problems of one sort or another, language, unscheduled requests and the like. The way you have coped with these has meant everyone has been pleased with your service and made our job easier. This also applies when external factors have caused problems such as delayed flights and Immigration and your colleagues ability to think their way through these problems. We do fully appreciate the service you have given us and have no hesitation in recommending you to others when the opportunity arises.
