I have completed the booking form, what happens next?

Once you have completed the booking form, we reserve your vehicle and send you a booking confirmation.

When you receive your booking confirmation you can be sure your booking is in our system, and see the confirmed details.

How long does it take before I get confirmation of my booking?

You should receive full confirmation of your booking within 24 hours (12 hours for urgent bookings). If after 72 hours you have received no acknowledgment, please call us to check whether or not we have received your booking request.

How do I pay for my journey?

There are 3 ways that you can pay for your journey:

1. Cash – Sterling (£) directly to the driver.

2. Credit Card / Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro in advance subject to a handling fee.

3. Approved account facilities.

Must all bookings be made in advance?

We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accommodated.
