A37 @ Lydford On Fosse (Somerset) CLOSED
The A37 Fosse Way is closed at Lydford On Fosse from 19th March 2012 for up to 10 days.
This closure is to allow resurfacing at the traffic lights. Closure will be from 550 metres north west of the junction with Eastfield Lane to 70 metres south west of the junction with B3153 Castle Cary Road and B3153 Castle Cary Road from the junction with the A37 westwards for 75 metres and from the junction with the A37 eastwards for 85 metres a total distance of 2120 metres.
There are signed diversions, but journey times will increase to Bristol and all points north – especially at peak times.
Will the A37 at Lydford on the Fosse be open as normal from today Fri 30.03.12 or is the work due to carry on into week commencing Mon 02.04.12 as our delivery Lorry has to make a long detour, so the sooner we know it is open we can go back to the normal route.
